Refund Policy

Due to the customised nature of the products, refunds are not available on customised orders unless the products are defective. If you believe your products are defective you must contact Elegant-Elements immediately.
In the case of an order cancellation, if Elegant-Elements has already commenced work on the order, we shall be entitled to full reimbursement for any costs already incurred. This reimbursement shall be taken from the advanced payment and the balance refunded to the Customer. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods.
